Refund Policy

Returns
All RETURNS and EXCHANGE must be notified and sent back within 7 DAYS after receiving your items.
Cancellations must be done withing 12 hours after your order is placed, so your order does not begin production.
Please read carefully the descriptions before your purchase and check size guide.

In case of damage, faults or loss please contact us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your return, you must email us to let us know you are sending the product back within 7 days of receiving your order.

If refund is not notified to us within 7 days of receiving the order, only a credit note will be given. You must get in touch to use credit note.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at studio@yllin.co.uk.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Unfortunately we do not exchange product for different sizes due to the product being hand made if required there maybe an extra charge; please check all your measurements before ordering, send us an email at studio@yllin.co.uk if you have any questions or confusions. Please do not send anything back to us without getting in touch first.

Shipping

Returns must been done within 7 days on receiving your product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, refunds can NOT be issued until we receive the item.
